After that meat pieces are healthy choices but they must chopped in small pieces (bite size) and well cooked. If your baby doesn’t like one preparation of a specific item then go for something different but don’t lose hope. They tend to like seasoning if the mother used to have it in her diet during pregnancy as it gets passed on through breast milk. Always opting for different taste might solve a lot of problems. Making baby cereal at home is also an option.
Fish is always a sensible option for the child as it contains the fatty acid named “omega-3”. The basic problem with fishes is the bone as it causes choking. Another thing to keep in mind is to avoid the skin of the fish. Steamed fish is healthy but your baby may like the flavor of the grilled or baked fish. Fishes with high mercury level should be avoided.
Tofu can make another healthy option for your baby. Mixing with mangoes, bananas will make it easy for you. Silken tofu should be avoided.
